Jeff Mclaughlin, M.Div.

Jeff partners with First Orlando Counseling as a pastoral counselor and marriage coach with over 20 years of church ministry experience focused on youth, marriage, and family.  He provides pastoral marriage counseling and marriage coaching for premarital couples, couples looking to significantly enrich their marriage, and crisis couples in need of targeted intervention.

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Central Florida and a Master’s of Divinity with an Emphasis On Christian Counseling from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary.  He is a certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner with a focus on trauma and a registered practitioner with the Association for Clinical Pastoral Education (ACPE). He serves a host of churches in an effort to provide effective spiritual and practical care to Christian marriages.  He follows the Reconciliation Focused Counseling (RFC) model of pastoral counseling. He and his wife have been married for over 20 years, have 5 children, and enjoy road-tripping, family games, and intentional connection.  In addition to marriage work, he is a podcast host and content producer.
