Sheena earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Physician Assistant Studies and Medical Science and has over 20 years of clinical experience. Her background includes dermatology, wellness, weight management, and pain management, giving her a deep understanding of how physical health, hormonal changes, lifestyle, and emotional well-being intersect. This foundation naturally led her into psychiatry, where she found her passion for helping individuals heal in both mind and body.
Sheena specializes in the evaluation and treatment of depression, anxiety disorders, panic disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, attention-deficit disorder, insomnia, trauma-related symptoms, and women’s wellness needs related to hormonal changes, including mood shifts, cognitive changes, and perimenopausal symptoms. She is dedicated to delivering safe, attentive, evidence-based care.
